Onsite Departure Lounge Research

Aspirion's Onsite Departure Lounge Research Program is designed to survey an airport's departing passengers.  Using a sampling plan specially designed to mirror an airport's existing flight schedule, specially-trained interviewers administer a custom 8-10 minute survey to departing passengers using handheld PDAs to ensure the highest level of quality control. The survey provides critical airline consumer profiling information, helps identify true origin-destinations and  reveals important purchasing behavior traits and travel-related attitudes.
